Guides on finding, understanding and dealing with wasp nests.
A nest hidden inside a wall cavity can seem more serious than one in a bush, but the treatment price is fixed and does not rise with the difficulty.
Raised beds, banks and rockeries beside a shed hide gaps in the soil and stone, so a nest can sit there unnoticed until the colony is large.
Being chased by angry wasps is frightening, but a few simple actions in the first seconds can reduce the number of stings and get everyone to safety.
Ordinary garden jobs such as trimming a hedge or washing a wall send vibration into the roofline, and a hidden nest above can respond all at once.
Because the treatment price is fixed, the only things that change with delay are the size of the colony and the risk to your household.
