Wasp Nest Removal Essex

The common wasp and the German wasp are the two social wasps most often found in the UK. Here is where they nest and why early treatment matters.

Two common social wasps

There are two types of social wasp commonly found in the UK: the common wasp and the German wasp. Both are black and yellow, both have painful stings, and both can make their nests in a variety of locations.

Where the nests are

Nests can be inside lofts, in garden sheds, in holes in the ground and in bushes or trees. We recently removed a nest from a holly bush in a customer’s garden.

Treat them early

Wasps are best treated early in the season, before the nest gets well established.

Book a treatment

Wasp nest removal is a fixed price of £90 per nest, and an additional nest on the same property is £35. One visit is guaranteed.
