Asked to deal with a wasp nest in a garden shed, we found the wasps had made their home in the bottom of a lawnmower.

A nest in the shed

Wasps can make their nests in some unusual places. On this occasion we were asked to deal with a wasp nest in a garden shed. On arrival we found the wasps had actually made their home in the bottom of a lawnmower.

Sheds and outbuildings

If the wasps are going in and out of a shed or garage, note where they are flying from a safe distance and keep children and pets away. Please do not disturb the nest.
